At RAY ALLEN, we’re committed to delivering cutting-edge tools that empower Cisco Partners to drive success for themselves and their customers. We’re excited to announce several major enhancements and new features that expand the capabilities of our platform. These updates will significantly boost visibility, operational efficiency, and revenue opportunities for Cisco Partners managing Enterprise Agreements (EAs), maintenance, and software renewals.
Expanded Support for Cisco Maintenance (CX) EAs
In response to growing demand, we’ve released a comprehensive set of API integrations and data worksheets designed to track Cisco Maintenance EAs. This new capability goes beyond the standard Cisco tools and reports, delivering invaluable insights:
- A complete view of all devices currently covered under Cisco Maintenance EAs.
- Real-time tracking of Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACDs) applied against the EA.
- Weekly estimates of True Forwards based on all recent changes.
- Deep-dive analysis into assets added to or removed from the Maintenance EA.
This is a first-of-its-kind feature, offering Cisco Partners unprecedented data access to enhance customer management and forecast future maintenance needs.
Introducing New EA & Software Sales Plays for Partners
Leveraging our enriched EA data alongside existing datasets, we’ve rolled out new Sales Plays on the Partner Workbench. These highly requested capabilities empower Cisco Partners to take control of their EA sales strategies and unlock new revenue streams:
- True Forward Insights: Track EA License True Forward values across your entire customer base.
- Maintenance True Forward Insights: Gain visibility into EA Maintenance True Forwards, with full functionality available for Tier 1 Partners (Tier 2 Partners will collaborate with their Distributor).
- Software Subscription Renewals: Identify upcoming software subscription renewals using order history, delivering precision and proactivity.
These Sales Plays give Cisco Partners a competitive edge, enabling them to engage with customers earlier in their buying cycles and create more value-based conversations.
Enhancing Operational Insights with SNTC/CSPC Data Integration
We’ve taken our Operational Insights worksheets in RACS BI to the next level by integrating additional data from Cisco’s Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) APIs and CSPC collector. Previously, these worksheets only utilized Cisco CX Cloud and Success Track data, but now, we’ve added:
- Access to SNTC assets, security vulnerabilities (PSIRTs), and field notices.
- Additional data points to enrich customer install base records for those who grant access to their SNTC data.
This new feature, currently in beta, brings deeper operational insights and security awareness to Cisco Partners, enhancing their ability to manage customer environments efficiently. Interested partners can reach out to [Your Contact Person] to join the beta trials and explore the full potential of this functionality.
